Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before you use ozvapesone.com. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, and to our Shipping and Returns pages.

Age

You must be 18 or over. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot confirm age. We do not assist anyone to break vaping laws in Australia or New Zealand.

Products

Listings, prices and stock can change. The product page at checkout is the offer. Puff counts and features are manufacturer information, not a personal performance promise.

Orders

We may refuse an order (including suspected fraud, age issues or stock errors). Payment is taken as described on Payment Terms.

Accounts

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for orders placed on your account.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable. Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply.
