This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits those rights.

Change of mind

Unopened, sealed adult vape products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, once we have checked the goods. Return shipping for change of mind is the customer’s cost unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty or not as described

If an item is faulty or not as described, email info@ozvapesone.com within a reasonable time with your order number and photos. We may replace the item or refund after we have looked at it. Do not keep using a damaged device.

What we cannot take back

Opened disposables used for more than a brief check, goods damaged by misuse, or items returned without proof of purchase, unless Australian Consumer Law still requires a remedy.

Used e-liquid and opened pouches are generally not accepted for change of mind.
